Questa "politica" è derivata da quando, ancora clienti, siamo andati incontro ad "errori di gioventù" che ci hanno insegnato quanto frustrante fosse effettuare un acquisto per poi trovarsi insoddisfatti. Se ciò che abbiamo comprato non è all'altezza delle aspettative e non ha le performance promesse, non ci resta altro che ripetere l'acquisto o, cosa peggiore, fingercene soddisfatti. Per questo abbiamo scelto la qualità. E la proponiamo "da appassionato ad appassionato". Una selezione di prodotti che forniamo con un servizio professionale e molta attenzione al prezzo in quella che ci piace definire come "un'atmosfera casual". ROVERWORLD non è una semplice "vetrina virtuale". I prodotti sono descritti con cura e corredati da una grande quantità di foto. I prodotti in vendita sono frutto di una personale ricerca: Non aspettiamo di vedere cosa fanno le altre aziende, siamo sempre in prima linea e testiamo personalmente il nostro catalogo, non bruciamo i prodotti dei nostri concorrenti vendendoli senza guadagnarci...non facciamo sfoggio di potenza commerciale ma di "know how" E' QUESTO IL NOSTRO VALORE AGGIUNTO! Niente fregature!

Cerchiamo di fornire sempre informazioni dettagliate e corrette evitando con cura di "dare fastidio" ai nostri visitatori. Non vi annoieremo con pop ups, animazioni in flash, pagine under construction o prossimamente on line (eppure siamo continuamente al lavoro!), creando false aspettative e facendovi perdere tempo. Abbiamo una pagina dedicata alle news che può essere consultata periodicamente per tenersi aggiornati ed un blog sul quale potete essere protagonisti. Conserviamo un database di tutti i nostri clienti ma non per questo vi annoieremo con una "News Letter" che non è stata richiesta (i rompicoglioni non piacciono a nessuno...neanche a noi!).
